Otters 2016-17

Otters Class Blog – 3.3.17

We have had a very busy week this week.  On Tuesday we went to Norwich Castle to learn about life in a castle.  King Henry I once visited Norwich Castle for Christmas, just before it was completed.  We went around the castle to try to find the answers to our questions.  We learnt about banquets and the food that they ate.  We saw the castle well, it is over 41 metres deep.

On Thursday it was World Book Day and we all dressed up as our favourite book character.

In maths we have been measuring liquids in millilitres and adding different amounts together.  On Friday we made potions so that we could see these different amounts clearly.

In literacy we have learnt how to write recounts.  We have written a recount of our trip to Norwich Castle.
